What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Digital Marketing Technology Manager to serve as the essential link between our Mortgage & Payment Solutions Marketing Communications (MarCom) Team and the centralized Cotality Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations (Ops) Team.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for digital and ops marketing within the mortgage marcom team, advocating for the team's needs, sharing best practices, and ensuring the team leverages the right tools and technology for successful campaign execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with each member of the mortgage marcom team to build and execute comprehensive multi-touch digital campaigns that align with business objectives. This includes advising on the best digital channels, tactics, and audience targeting to achieve campaign goals across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, and conversion).
This role will be focused on facilitating friction-free processes, prioritization, and communication between the two teams. The Digital Marketing Manager will be the primary point of contact and a bridge builder, ensuring a seamless flow of requests, updates, and priorities across both groups to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency in support of business unit objectives. The successful candidate will also assist with the hands-on setup of campaigns across various channels to ensure all campaigns are properly configured for tracking and measurement.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing Communications Team and the Enterprise Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations Team.
- Lead the intake and prioritization process for all MarCom digital marketing and operations requests, translating MarCom needs (e.g., campaign launches, website updates, reporting requests) into clear, documented requirements for the Digital/Ops Team.
- Communicate project timelines, technical constraints, and operational updates from the Digital/Ops Team back to the MarCom stakeholders, ensuring expectations are accurately set and managed.
- Oversee and ensure the integrity and quality of MarCom data and reporting requirements, confirming they are implemented consistently by the Operations Team.
- Partner with MarCom to define key metrics and work with the Digital/Ops Team to ensure the necessary campaigns, dashboards, and reports are built and maintained.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment on process improvements, new tool adoption, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all B2B digital marketing and reporting tools to effectively scope requests and troubleshoot issues, including HubSpot, Tableau, Salesforce.com, and Google Analytics.

Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a focus on process, operations, and cross-functional project management.
- Demonstrated expertise and hands-on operational experience with key marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools, most importantly: HubSpot & Tableau required; GoldCast, Salesforce.com, Webflow, and Google Analytics a plus
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B marketing process, from content creation to lead lifecycle management.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to translate technical complexities into clear business communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to think strategically and balance day-to-day execution.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with different stakeholders and remain composed under pressure.
- Passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends, especially in marketing technology and operations.
Annual Pay Range:
