What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Industry Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to key industry segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable impact. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration to position Cotality as the leader in the Property Insurance & Property Restoration industries. You will be responsible for creating targeted campaigns, optimizing marketing processes, and leveraging insights to improve reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Segment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for key industry segments, driving engagement and revenue growth.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, and events to reach target audiences effectively.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Standardize campaign tracking, analyze performance data, and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.
- Industry Engagement & Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with compelling content, messaging, and marketing assets to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Process Standardization & Accountability: Support the implementation of repeatable, trackable marketing processes that improve efficiency and accountability.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, segment marketing, or a related field, ideally within the property insurance or related industries.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Maintain a keen awareness of industry news, market trends, and emerging topics within the Property Insurance & Property Restoration sectors. Utilize data insights from campaign performance to drive well-informed decision-making and ensure continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
- Innovative Marketing Approach: Stay ahead of the curve by proactively exploring and adopting new marketing tactics, strategies, and technologies. Embrace emerging trends and techniques to boost engagement, enhance brand recognition, and drive measurable business results.
- Marketing Execution Expertise: Proven experience running targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audience segments.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline marketing processes, track performance, and enhance audience engagement.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of property insurance — underwriting, claims, or technology workflow platforms is a plus.
- Creativity & Innovation: Creatively problem solve and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):
- Marketing certifications such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) certifications.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $85000 to $1150000 .
