Job Description:

Cotality is currently looking for an Associate Client Delivery Manager to join their UK team. This is a junior role where you will be responsible for managing smalls projects and providing support to larger projects, with new and existing customers, to implement the Cotality products.

You will work collaboratively with other members of the Sales Team, Client Delivery Team, the Client Success team and product teams to plan, gather requirements, configure, and support the deployments of change projects.

We want to give our clients the highest-level of service and we provide friendly 'hands-on' support. We are forthcoming, personable and consult closely with the business to understand their needs and prioritise solutions. Our project managers should be experts at asking questions, collecting information, creating succinct documentation, managing and maintaining risks and issues, and dealing with stakeholders from c-suite to front line.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting change initiatives with clients using Cotality’s software solutions.

• Coordinating project activities, tracking actions, and maintaining documentation.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of the Cotality product suite to understand and demonstrate its problem-solving capabilities.

• Assisting Sales Teams and Client Success Managers in identifying opportunities for process improvement through technology.

• Maintaining project documentation such as plans, process maps, progress reports, and functionality overviews.

• Organizing and conducting meetings, workshops, demonstrations & training sessions.

• Performing basic system configuration, testing, and setting up demo workflows.

• Applying logical data interpretation to recommend and propose solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferred experience includes at least one year as a project manager, project workstream leader, project SME, or similar role within an insurance business setting.

• Expected background in insurance claims operations, such as claims handling or team management, with involvement as a subject matter expert or project lead on change initiatives.

• Knowledge in professional change management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Continuous Improvement, or Systems Thinking, would be beneficial.

• Experience or familiarity with IT or software-related change management projects is advantageous.

• Strong passion for impacting client processes positively and a continuous learning mindset.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels internally and externally.

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel as required.
