Job Description:
We are currently searching for a Senior IT professional to help guide our organization into the future.
This highly visible role requires a strong understanding of critical issues and the ability to translate them into relevant, actionable steps. In this position, you will support various aspects of IT Service Management and IT Service Delivery, working across all levels of the organization to achieve strategic objectives. You will draw insights from data, prepare presentations, identify trends, and provide support, guidance, and advice to teams regarding key IT Service Management processes.
Additionally, you will offer analytical support for a range of efforts, from small-scale needs to large, enterprise-wide initiatives. We are looking for high-energy professionals with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams and organizational levels.
Responsibilities
This role requires that the candidate work with, and through, many others in the organization to succeed. Acting as a coach and advisor for IT resources, this Senior Professional helps individuals and teams understand and leverage key areas of IT Service Management.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a global (or regional) service delivery point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformative initiatives, provide escalation support for complex change or incident management issues, and ensure consistent, efficient IT service delivery across all areas.
- Use and update knowledge management repositories (e.g. Atlassian’s Confluence)
- Analyze simple to moderate issues and determine appropriate course of action.
- Aid in compliance and information security audits.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested generating insights using a variety of data sources.
- Research, analyze, and improve IT Service Management processes related to automated tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Atlassian JSM, Atlassian Confluence).
- Develop, maintain, and implement policies, standards, and procedures to support IT Service Management best practices.
Job Qualifications:
Work Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience with IT Service Management disciplines (e.g., change enablement, incident management, problem management, and disaster recovery).
- 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data.
- 5+ years’ experience in utilizing tools to extract data across disparate systems.
- 5+ years’ experience in report development.
- Proficiency with standard business and database software (MS Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL).
- Extra consideration for experience with the IT Information Library v4.0.
- Extra consideration for ITIL v4.0 certification.
Annual Pay Range:
78,200 - 105,600 USDApplication Window:
