Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Associate Professional, Client Delivery to support the onboarding and implementation of our Real Estate SaaS products. This role combines project coordination and technical troubleshooting to ensure a smooth setup and transition for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for learning new software, understanding data integration concepts, and providing responsive client support during onboarding and early adoption. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Client Delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, including initial setup, configuration coordination, and documentation.

  • Project Coordination: Support project plans and timelines, helping ensure key milestones are met. Update and maintain project tasks using our project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).

  • Technical Assistance: Develop an understanding of our product ecosystem, including APIs, data workflows, and software configurations. Assist with troubleshooting and issue triage.

  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely updates, responding to questions, and coordinating internal responses when needed.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and participate in discovery, kickoff, and onboarding calls. Document action items and ensure follow-through.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client documentation (e.g., project plans, configuration notes, and handoff materials in SharePoint).

  • Release Coordination: Assist in managing production releases, including coordinating timing with clients and internal teams (may require occasional after-hours availability).

  • Risk Awareness: Help identify project or technical risks early and escalate appropriately to maintain timelines and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • 4 years of experience in software support, project coordination, or implementation roles (SaaS experience preferred).

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software applications and understand how systems integrate and exchange data.

  • Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, or software configuration a plus.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira,) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).

  • Real Estate or adjacent industry experience is a strong plus.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and SQL a plus.

  • Experience with Agile projects

  • Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Annual Pay Range:

54,300 - 70,013 USD
