Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Ownership of enterprise partnership from initial relationship development calls, presentations & demonstrations, negotiations, and ongoing engagement to drive the sale of Cotality Insurance & Spatial solutions /services to new and/or current clients in an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- Cultivate Relationships: Responsible for developing and/or managing client relationships with key decision makers, approvers and influencers as well as executing Cotality’s strategy of a complete view of a property risk.
- Solution Selling: Develop a deep understanding of our client’s business needs and evangelize how Cotality capabilities align with client’s business.
- Accurate Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely (daily and weekly) sales activity reports to reflect the true status of the opportunity. Reporting is conducted via our tools in SharePoint CRM and Excel.
- Account Planning and Development: Define strategy for developing accounts including appointments, executive relationships plan, and next best actions using Cotality Sales Process and Strategic Account Planning tools.
- Provides follow-up with clients to ensure client satisfaction with products and/or services provided.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
Supporting the Insurance Business Unit, achieve full year revenue attainment of Underwriting (UW) Business in Effect and New Business objectives
Approach to New Business
- Focus on transformational end-to-end enterprise solutions
- Understands customer strategic imperatives and aligns to CoreLogic solutions portfolio
- Understands customer motivations and reluctances
- Cultivates customer vision to consider the art of the possible in emerging solutions
- Challenges customer in a professional and appropriate manner to create win-win scenarios and deliver customer value
Approaches BIE (Renewals) to align customer needs with Cotality solutions to maximize value delivery:
- Adds on bundled solutions
- Negotiates pre-buys to reduce total cost of ownership and transactional expense
- Negotiates multi-year deals to maintain traction and reduce customer attrition
- Considers customer budgetary needs and aligns solutions delivery to billing considerations
- Collaborates internally with Product Management, Finance, and Billing partners to seek approval on deal structure to close business in accordance with established processes and guidelines

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience within the insurance industry
- Executive presence, demeanor and acumen to engage at C level (L1,L2)
- Solution oriented and bias for results
- Demonstrated experience selling technology SaaS solutions
- Experienced selling insurance solutions (Underwriting, Claims, Workflow)
- Prior quota attainment of $8M+ per annum preferred
- Strategic thinker, artful, thoughtful approach to business development and navigating within customer accounts. Understands how to level-up within accounts
- Comfortable and adept selling to and engaging with executive level stakeholders
- Experienced selling transformational solutions and maintains an enterprise view (not point solutions)
- Sells on value delivery, not price. Avoids commoditization of point solutions and engineers' enterprise solutions based upon totality of product portfolio
- Experienced collaborating/negotiating with Product Management to secure product/pricing availability to align to customer needs.
- Experienced developing long standing customer relationships, seen as a trusted advisor, transcends view of vendor resource
