Contract Manager – Strategic Contracting Team

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the lifecycle of client contracts—from initial drafts to final execution.

  • Coordinate meetings, gather input from stakeholders, and ensure timely movement of contract documents.

  • Review, revise, and negotiate contracts, primarily focusing on high-volume, low-to-medium complexity agreements.

  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, corporate policies, and governance requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, accounting, and information security.

  • Support special projects such as Salesforce tool testing and workflow enhancements.

  • Maintain organized, accurate records of contracts and renewal timelines.

  • Prepare reports and data summaries to support planning and decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a shared services or B2B environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualification

  • Min. of 1-3 years of previous experience with contract drafting and/or contract management .

  • JD, L.L.M., Paralegal studies, or years of experience in drafting preferred (BAR not required).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other contract lifecycle management platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to handle sensitive, complex, and confidential information carefully and discreetly.

  • Highly detail-oriented.

  • Computer software skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, DocuSign; Salesforce experience highly appreciated).

  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and working under deadlines.
