Financial Analyst – Enterprise Operations Group (EOG) Finance Team

We seek a Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations Finance team. This role is perfect for ambitious professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic, data-driven environment. What You’ll Do
Partner with finance and business teams to support planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
Analyze financial and operational results, identifying key trends and drivers.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to align goals, timelines, and performance expectations.
Lead and enhance the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
Support long-range strategic planning and capital investment analysis.
Develop tools and dashboards to track KPIs and improve forecasting accuracy.
Contribute to special projects including acquisitions, profitability analysis, and process improvements.
Job Qualifications:
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
2 years of experience required in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.
Strong communication skills—you can explain complex financial data clearly and confidently.
Proficiency in Excel. Experience with Oracle Hyperion, Essbase/ SmartView is a plus.
A track record of building tools, simplifying processes, and driving results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Annual Pay Range:
