Job Description:

About the Role:

As the Marketing Specialist for Enterprise Data Solutions, you’ll support the go-to-market efforts for some of Cotality’s most powerful data offerings across real estate, information services, utilities, retail and public sectors. You’ll act as the connective tissue between product marketing, corporate marketing, and sales — helping translate complex data products into compelling, human-centered campaigns that spark interest, build trust, and drive demand.

You’ll bring together content, digital tactics, events, and performance tracking to support the business unit’s strategic goals. You’ll also play a key role in elevating our brand voice across industry and proprietary events and help showcase how Cotality’s data unlocks intelligence across the entire property lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, email, and event-based programs.
  • Content Creation: Support the development of engaging content —blogs, social posts, customer stories, and emails — that speaks to key verticals and use cases.
  • Event Marketing: Partner on logistics and promotion for industry events, webinars, and fireside chats that spotlight housing trends and data innovation.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Help launch new data products and enhancements through coordinated messaging and assets aligned with product strategy.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, report key metrics (lead generation, conversion, impressions, marketing-influenced revenue), and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales to provide campaign updates and training materials that support deal cycles.
  • Collaboration: Work across marketing, product, creative, and digital teams to maintain alignment and launch on time.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in data, technology, real estate, or SaaS
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with a portfolio of materials across digital and print
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for turning technical concepts into compelling narratives and customer value
  • Bonus: Interest or background in real estate, AI, or climate data is a plus

Annual Pay Range:

65,200 - 88,005 USD
