About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative, and driven Principal, Product Marketing for our Mortgage and Payment Solutions team to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop compelling value propositions, and shape product positioning that resonates with our target customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in persona development, market insight, and competitive analysis, with a passion for translating complex product capabilities into messaging that drives revenue and customer engagement.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the customer inside the organization—identifying key personas, informing product development, and ensuring internal and external communications reflect market needs and value drivers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a matrixed organization where success depends on cross-functional alignment, strong communication, and strategic collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Persona & Market Understanding
- Conduct in-depth customer research to define target personas, needs, and buying behaviors.
- Gather and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform positioning and roadmap.
Messaging & Positioning
- Create differentiated messaging and value propositions for mortgage and payment solutions.
- Craft compelling content for sales enablement, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal stakeholders.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute GTM plans that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Lead launch planning, and promotional strategies.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
- Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and messaging they need to convert leads.
- Support demand generation through targeted campaigns that highlight product benefits and solve customer pain points.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Measure and evaluate product marketing success using KPIs and customer feedback.
- Iterate on messaging and strategies based on real-time market and campaign data.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Certification in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is preferred

Job Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or information services.
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Strong expertise in persona development, competitive analysis, and positioning.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical product details into user benefits and business outcomes.
- Self-starter mindset with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proven success operating in a matrixed environment—balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and teams to drive unified outcomes.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment across geographically dispersed teams.
Please note range below reflects the base salary and varies depending on location, and experience. Compensation also includes an annual bonus incentive.
Annual Pay Range:
