Job Description:

If so, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity to join Cotality as a Client Account Manager (Credit).

In this role, you’ll be the primary liaison for our Credit clients—managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You’ll collaborate across departments, advocate for client needs, and help drive strategic solutions that align with both client goals and Cotality’s mission.

Location & Work Model:
This hybrid role is based in one of our posted locations. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance. Our current model includes one in-office day per week, with the remainder remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients. Manage day-to-day administration, respond to escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including system setup and training. Provide ongoing education to ensure clients are maximizing value from our services.

  • Strategic Partnership: Understand each client’s internal operations and tailor services to align with their workflows. Recommend new or existing solutions that enhance their experience.

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain a regular cadence of client meetings (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Participate in vendor audits and document all interactions in our tracking system.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with onboarding, sales, and product teams. Participate in client demos and act as a subject matter expert for Credit-related initiatives.

  • Voice of the Customer: Champion client feedback internally. Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal projects to enhance service delivery.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about Cotality’s evolving product suite and industry trends. Collaborate with national reps and act as a resource for strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma is required; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry or a comparable client-facing role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Strong client orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and business judgment skills.

  • Adaptability to changing requirements and conditions.

Annual Pay Range:

59,700 - 62,400 USD
