Job Description:

As a key player in our team, you'll engage with various levels of our clients' organisations, from C-Suite executives to boutique owners, sales teams, trainers, and marketing teams. Your passion for real estate, data, and helping clients achieve their goals will shine through in everything you do. You'll leverage your technical and non-technical skills to positively influence organisations while thriving in a collaborative environment. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, you'll help build our global reputation as an independent and trusted brand in Data & Analytics.

What you will be doing:

  • Territory Ownership: Manage SME customers across the Victorian market.
  • Digital Solutions: Present Cotality products to drive portfolio growth and new sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Activate new listings on digital portals.
  • High Activity: Maintain a rhythm to engage the right customers and grow your portfolio.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a state strategic plan aligned with the overall state plan.
  • Client Engagement: Lead key account strategies with the Victorian State Manager and negotiate deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and coordinate market insights on competitors.
  • Influence: Provide valuable insights to influence state-wide decisions.

Job Qualifications:

What you will bring:

Essential:

  • 5+ years of B2B business development sales experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong business development skills in the B2B space, with a focus on real estate, construction, and brokers.
  • Proven ability to manage key customer relationships and demonstrate strategic sales planning and implementation.
  • Ability to manage the commercial needs of both our organisation and our clients.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving portfolio growth targets and customer market share.
  • Ability to make a real impact with your ideas, innovation, and drive for change.

Preferred :

  • Experience in digital sales within the real estate industry, and a deep understanding of the digital and data landscape.
