Job Description:
- Strategic Leadership of Client Success Initiatives
Develop and execute comprehensive client success strategies aligned with Cotality’s business objectives, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and long-term value creation. - Client Relationship Management
Oversee high-value client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact to ensure client needs are met, expectations are exceeded, and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. - Team Development and Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and scale the Client Success team, establishing KPIs and performance metrics to ensure the team delivers consistent, high-quality service across the client lifecycle. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Delivery teams to deliver client focused solutions, drive adoption, and ensure seamless client onboarding, renewal, and expansion processes. - Data-Driven Insights and Reporting
Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide regular reporting to International Leadership Team to inform strategic decisions and enhance the client experience. - Revenue Growth and Commercial Opportunity Development
Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth within the existing client base by analyzing account potential, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and evolving client needs. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and execute tailored expansion strategies that align with both client objectives and Cotality’s business goals.

- 5+ years of experience in client success or account management, time in a leadership role preferred..
- Proven track record of developing and executing client success strategies that align with business goals and drive retention and growth.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience handling executive-level client interactions and resolving complex issues.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze client data, identify trends and risks, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive client outcomes and commercial opportunities.
