Overview:
We are seeking a Solution Expert for our Asset solution to join our Customer Delivery team and ensure the successful deployment of our digital twin technology by driving value for our clients, fostering effective communication, and enabling seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Director of Delivery, you play a critical role in bridging the gap between customer needs, technical implementation, and business outcomes. You own and manage the functional and technical requirements of our Asset solution, ensuring alignment between clients, partners, and internal teams.
Engaged throughout the customer engagement cycle, you support use case definition, guide solution adoption, and contribute to delivering impactful projects. Your role requires close interaction with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Modeling, and Customer Success) to translate business challenges into actionable solutions, ensuring that our clients fully leverage the potential of our digital twin technology.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Ownership: Capture, structure, and manage customer functional and technical requirements to ensure a perfect match between business needs and the capabilities of the Asset solution.
- Client Engagement: Support customers throughout the engagement cycle (Bootcamp, Pilot, Bootcamp) by facilitating solution understanding and adoption, ensuring a smooth transition between phases.
- Solution Deployment & Adoption: Guide the implementation and configuration of Asset to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with their existing ecosystem.
- Project Execution & Contract Compliance: Contribute to project success by ensuring alignment between client expectations and deliverables, while adhering to contractual commitments (quality, timelines, budget).
- Risk Management: Identify and anticipate risks related to the adoption and implementation of Asset, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project and customer satisfaction.
- Change Control: Oversee scope, budget, and schedule adjustments through a structured change control process, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
- Customer Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing customer support post-deployment, address client needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Asset by collecting user feedback.
- Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure an efficient deployment and optimized adoption of the solution.
- Support to Business Development: Contribute to the early project stages by participating in bid reviews, validating functional and technical scopes, and anticipating necessary adjustments to maximize customer engagement and project success.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Engineering degree or equivalent, with 5+ years in IT, ideally in asset management (EAM, APM, AIP…). Experience in an asset-intensive industry is a plus.
Industry Standards & Project Delivery: Experience in project delivery, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams. Knowledge of ISO 55000 is appréciated
Data Analytics & Simulation: Ability to own and lead analytics or simulation studies, from data collection to results interpretation.
Technical & Software Expertise: Strong collaboration with technical teams (engineers, modelers, developers). Experience in a software vendor environment is appreciated.
Customer-Centric & Agile: Value-driven mindset, customer-focused approach, and ability to adapt to multi-project, multi-geographical environments.
Communication & Languages: Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure seamless adoption and prevent disruptions in solution deployment.
Quality & Collaboration: Deliver high-quality, well-integrated solutions, fostering strong collaboration between Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
