About Copado
Copado is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, revolutionizing how the world's largest organizations achieve success in their Salesforce deployments. Our mission is to accelerate the Salesforce development lifecycle, support digital transformation, and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.
Job Summary
The GTM Operations Analyst is the engine room of our Go-To-Market team. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring our technology stack is seamless, our data is actionable, and our processes are scalable. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys "tinkering under the hood" of SaaS tools and translating complex data into clear business insights.
Key Responsibilities
A. GTM Tech Stack Ownership & Governance
Act as the primary administrator for key tools across the GTM ecosystem (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo), managing user provisioning, permissions, and general maintenance.
Continuously audit tool usage to identify underutilized features and optimize workflows to reduce friction for the sales and marketing teams.
Ensure error-free data flows between our tech stack and Salesforce, troubleshooting sync errors and API bottlenecks.
Partner with Procurement to provide usage data and ROI analysis to facilitate renewals and act as the first point of contact for vendor support.
B. Reporting, Analysis & Insights
Build and maintain self-serve dashboards that track pipeline velocity, top-of-funnel conversion, and BDR performance.
Act as the data partner for GTM leaders, fulfilling custom reporting requests for monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
Look beyond the numbers to proactively identify trends, gaps, or anomalies in the data and provide recommendations to leadership.
C. Process Optimization & Data Integrity
Support lead routing logic, opportunity management workflows, and the cleaning/uploading of pre- and post-event lead lists.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure Salesforce remains a trusted source of truth.
Maintain a centralized repository of "How-To" documentation and SOPs to ensure team-wide consistency in tool usage.
Qualifications & Experience
1-3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
Proficiency as a power user or administrator in at least one GTM tool (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Qualified, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
You are comfortable navigating Salesforce Lightning, understanding object relationships (Leads/Accounts/Opps), and building custom reports.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data formatting) are essential.
You don't just fix a symptom; you look for the root cause of a process gap and propose a long-term solution.
Preferred Skills
Experience building or maintaining "If/Then" logic (e.g., Outreach Sequences, Qualified routing, ZoomInfo Workflows). You understand how to translate a business requirement into a functional automated step.
Ability to visualize the "Data Map" - understanding how data moves from a website visitor (Qualified) to a lead (Salesforce) to a sales play (Outreach) without losing integrity.
Before clicking "save," you instinctively consider the downstream effects on reporting, other integrations, and the end-user experience.
A methodical approach to technical issues. You don't just fix a sync error; you identify why the sync broke and implement a guardrail to prevent it from happening again.
Familiarity with testing new processes or tool configurations in a sandbox environment before deploying to the live team.
The ability to create living documentation - technical diagrams or schemas that explain how a system works, not just a list of steps.
