What you’ll do:

• Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor a team of 10+ engineers in Jaipur, fostering a culture of high-quality code (Apex patterns, LWC) and rigorous Git-flow discipline.

• Architect Multi-Cloud Solutions: Define and document reference architectures for Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations within the Copado ecosystem.

• Drive Technical Roadmaps: Oversee the logic for nCino and CPQ deployments, aiming to reduce error rates and optimize "Data Deployer" for Large Data Volumes (LDV).

• Innovate with AI: Prototype and move to production major AI-driven features using Agentforce or Copado AI to improve customer implementation speed.

• Standardize Environments: Utilize Docker to ensure "it works on my machine" consistency across the Jaipur and global teams, integrating Salesforce backends with Angular/Node.js middleware.

• Master CI/CD: Architect unified SFDX-based pipelines that support complex package dependencies and multi-cloud metadata types.

What you’ll bring:

• Salesforce Mastery: 10+ years of experience with an "Architect mindset" across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds.

• Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of Apex design patterns, LWC, Salesforce DX, CLI, and second-generation packaging (2GP).

• Fullstack & Container Fluency: Proficiency in Angular (UI), Python/Node.js (Services), and hands-on experience creating custom Dockerfiles for CI/CD runners.

• Integration Expertise: Deep experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) for high-scale integration patterns.

• Data & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS, API security, DB encryption, and handling Large Data Volumes (LDV).

• Leadership Qualities: A strategic thinker who balances "ideal" architecture with "pragmatic" business needs and acts as an Agile champion for the team.

Nice to have:

• ISV Experience: Understanding the nuances of managed packages, security reviews, and AppExchange distribution.
