Brief Summary of Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of enterprise Salesforce development experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications using modern tools and practices such as Apex, LWC, Salesforce DX, Git, and API integrations.

You’ll be part of the Business Applications team and will work on critical projects across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds. You will also actively contribute to platform performance improvements, process automation, and CI/CD implementation using Copado.

What you'll be doing:

Design & Development

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows to support evolving business needs.
• Implement Salesforce DX workflows and modular development practices.
• Build scalable and reusable solutions using OOTB Salesforce features, CRM Analytics.
• Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Code Quality & Testing

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure 75%+ test coverage using Apex test classes.

Platform Optimization & Integration

• Resolve Apex exceptions, Flow errors, and optimize org performance.
• Handle Salesforce governor limits and security constraints effectively.
• Work with Salesforce APIs, platform events, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy using Git and Copado CI/CD tools.

Collaboration & Support

• Work cross-functionally with QA, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts to deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve blockers, and ensure a smooth development cycle.
• Support deployments and assist with release cycles.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead performance tuning efforts.

We Are Looking for Someone With:

Must Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs, third-party integrations, and platform events.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce data modeling, sharing/security model, and performance optimization.
• Ability to debug and resolve complex issues in customized environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
• Commitment to delivering clean, scalable, and testable code with high-quality standards.
  

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification required; Platform Developer I preferred.
• Relevant DevOps or CI/CD certifications (e.g., Copado Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Copado or other DevOps release management tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and iterative delivery processes.
• Experience with CRM Analytics and Lightning App Builder.
• Interest in AI, automation, and next-gen Salesforce features.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
