Who We’re Looking For
Copado is looking for a passionate and highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner.
The Talent Acquisition Partner reports directly to Senior Talent Acquisition leadership and is responsible for delivering top-tier talent with the ideal blend of skills and experience to drive organizational success. The successful candidate will act as a strategic consultant to the business, providing expert guidance in selecting the most suitable candidates, while also overseeing and executing recruitment strategies designed to meet organizational hiring needs effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
- Consult, influence and foster deep working relationships with hiring managers while driving equal process ownership for building and growing talent.
- Leverage hiring data to continuously refine hiring effectiveness and quality of candidates.
- Drive exceptional employee experiences that yield productivity and engagement gains via thoughtful onboarding and socialization processes for all new hires.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy is driven through diligent data governance processes.
- Manages specialty Talent Acquisition projects relative to the supported business needs.
- Maintains up-to-date applicant records in the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Maintains strong cross functional partnerships within the People Operations function.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience recruiting Technology, Software, Sales and Marketing along with other hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring leaders to execute a tailored recruiting strategy, as well as finding the niche talent within a limited talent pool.
- Solid experience sourcing diverse talent through multiple creative channels (i.e. via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, industry conferences, network groups and university partnerships).
- Well versed in confidently partnering with Senior Leadership on critical hiring initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing creative recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.
- Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in diversity recruiting and the ability to source and create a pipeline of diverse talent.
