About the Role

The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a bilingual team (English and Spanish). The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pick-and-pack operations, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards
  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance
  • Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Train team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines
  • Track and document order progress and team performance metrics using Tableau and Google Sheets
  • Communicate with other teams and management using Slack, Geneva, and Gmail
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions
  • Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with a focus on Pick and Pack, Inventory Counting, and Scheduling/Labor Utilization
  • Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch
  • Operate a pallet jack to move product as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish): Fluency in both languages is required, no exceptions.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.
  • Ability to work in a cold production environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 200 lbs.
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • High level of accuracy in monitoring operations and fulfilling orders.
  • To maintain a safe, productive, and drug-free workplace, employees may be subject to periodic drug and alcohol testing based on reasonable suspicion or following on-the-job accidents or safety violations, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$26—$26 USD
