THE OPPORTUNITY
In a rapidly evolving market where AI is transforming how organizations unlock value from their legal and contract data, we're seeking a visionary VP of Demand Generation during our pivotal growth phase. As VP of Demand Generation, you'll serve as a strategic cornerstone of our revenue acceleration strategy, leading the design and execution of a comprehensive, full-lifecycle demand generation ecosystem that converts market interest into qualified pipeline at scale. Reporting to the CMO, you'll leverage our martech stack to orchestrate both strategies that build predictable pipeline and develop innovative approaches to capturing market interest, increase brand awareness, improve lead quality/volume and accelerate pipeline growth.
You'll be the architect of our customer acquisition strategy, the steward of our pipeline health, and the conductor of our revenue marketing operations leveraging best-in-class B2B demand generation practices in the AI-powered enterprise software space. This leadership role will oversee the demand generation team, collaborate with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams, and be accountable for the performance of demand across both new business and upsells.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Engineering
· Design and execute a comprehensive, full-lifecycle demand generation strategy that systematically converts market awareness into qualified pipeline through balanced inbound and outbound approaches
· Architect a sophisticated, data-driven pipeline development model that delivers predictable, scalable growth across enterprise and mid-market segments · Collaborate with executive leadership to translate company vision and growth objectives into actionable demand generation initiatives with clear ROI · Pioneer innovative approaches to leveraging AI and predictive analytics in B2B demand generation, positioning ContractPodAi as a thought leader in modern legal operations
Omnichannel Program Orchestration
· Orchestrate high-impact integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, partner, and account-based channels to create a seamless buyer journey from awareness to consideration
· Balance inbound content marketing strategies with targeted outbound prospecting programs to maximize pipeline coverage
· Develop sophisticated account-based marketing programs targeting multiple stakeholders including multiple personas and industries · Optimize our webinar and virtual event strategy to position Leah's capabilities as transformative solutions that drive cross-functional business impact and unlock new revenue streams
· Expand our thought leadership programs that establish ContractPodAi as the definitive voice in enterprise-wide value creation
Pipeline Optimization & Marketing Operations
· Optimize a high-performance demand funnel with sophisticated lead scoring, nurturing, and qualification frameworks that maximize conversion efficiency · Implement advanced attribution modeling to understand multi-touch influence across complex B2B buying committees
· Partner with Sales leadership to develop seamless marketing-to-sales handoff processes that optimize pipeline velocity and win rates
· Utilize intent data and predictive analytics to identify and activate high-potential accounts before they enter active buying cycle
· Use analytics to continuously refine strategies and tactics based on performance and trends
Martech Ecosystem & Data Strategy
· Maximize the capabilities of our martech stack to create intelligent, automated customer journeys
· Develop a robust data strategy that enables precise targeting, personalization, and continuous optimization
· Implement rigorous testing methodologies and continuously introduce new tactics across channels to improve conversion rates and program ROI
· Champion innovative martech solutions that could enhance our ability to identify, engage, and convert enterprise buyers
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
· Collaborate with the CMO and executive leadership team on strategic initiatives and business goals
· Mentor and grow a world-class demand generation team with specialized expertise across channels, programs, and technologies
· Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and accountability driven by both creative excellence and analytical rigor
· Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless alignment
Budget & Resource Management:
· Manage demand generation budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across programs
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand generation activities and influence program optimizations
YOUR PROFILE
Experience & Expertise
· 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 5 years leading teams in global enterprise SaaS environments, collaborating cross-functionally
· Proven track record scaling pipeline generation from $80M to $400M+ ARR through integrated inbound and outbound strategies and growth hacking techniques in complex, high-consideration B2B environments
· Demonstrated success building full-funnel, multi-channel demand programs that effectively engage enterprise decision-makers across the entire customer lifecycle
· Deep operational expertise with enterprise-grade martech stacks, particularly Salesforce, Marketo, and intent data platforms
· Experience directing both inbound content marketing and outbound prospecting initiatives in a cohesive, integrated approach
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and recommending data/process changes
· Expertise in developing and managing budgets, as well as optimizing campaign spend
· Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
· Experience marketing AI platforms, enterprise data solutions, or other transformative technologies that deliver cross-functional business impact a plus Capabilities & Mindset

· Expert-level understanding of modern B2B martech, the broader GTM ecosystems and their strategic implementations
· Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
· Experience with marketing automation, CRM, conversational marketing, intent data platforms, event platforms, digital channels and analytics, outbound tools, and sales enablement systems
· Ability to understand the intersection of data across systems and can troubleshoot technical glitches
