THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a passionate product marketing rockstar to join our marketing team reporting to the CMO and working as an individual contributor in the product marketing function. The ideal candidate will be curious about the challenges in-house legal teams and their counterparts across the business face and how legal tech and generative AI can help address those challenges. This role will have a particular focus on developing rich product content based on market needs and priorities and contributing to our analyst relations program. They must be able to build productive cross-functional relationships, exhibit excellent critical thinking skills and manage many concurrent projects in a fast-paced, global environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking to own multi-faceted projects, help get products to market and have effective impact on the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop unique product messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s journey, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Understand our customers pains and gains and then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Plan the launches of new product features and manage the cross-functional implementation of the launch plan.
  • Develop marketing content that effectively communicates the value our product and its features bring to the market for demand generation and brand building.
  • Be a strategic contributor to our analyst relations program by owning a lot of the content for vendor evaluation processes, build relationships with industry analysts through a thoughtful inquiry and briefing schedule, and conduct research to support the overall program in partnership with our communications manager and other cross-functional team members.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Develop comparison content for sales and landing pages.
  • Develop content and collateral to support our sales team and partners; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Contribute to ongoing enablement sessions to educate and empower the go to market team with key insights on personas, targeting, and updated messaging. Ensure marketing team members understand how to apply these insights to improve campaign effectiveness, content creation, and overall marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and more to grow net new ARR and improve customer retention rates.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technology
  • 6+ years of product marketing or related experience in B2B SaaS. AI, Legal tech, or contract management experience a plus
  • Naturally curious and passionate about technology
  • Excellent story building/telling ability - You can easily distill technical features into clear value propositions that resonate with prospective customers
  • Experience tailoring messaging by persona
  • Very strong analytical skills - Comfortable using analytical tools and Salesforce. You enjoy asking questions and answering them with data.
  • Exceptional ability to prove what is–or isn’tworking
  • Excellent people skills. You can fluidly interact with colleagues, customers, partners and other third parties to drive projects forward. Team player!
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering product demos both internally and externally
  • Thrive and are comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth environment
