What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for an experienced and visionary Sr. Manager, Web Product to lead the evolution of our digital experience across contentstack.com and related web properties. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind crafting exceptional digital experiences that reflect our brand, showcase our product, and drive meaningful engagement and conversion across the customer lifecycle.
This is more than a website role—it’s an opportunity to shape the strategic foundation of our digital presence using Contentstack’s own industry-leading technologies. You will define the future of how visitors experience our brand online, guiding the creation of modern, scalable, and high-performing web experiences. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Own and evolve the vision for contentstack.com, ensuring it serves as a best-in-class digital experience for prospective and current customers, partners, and community members.
- Translate marketing and business goals into a forward-looking digital experience strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and brand affinity.
- Partner with Marketing, Design, Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to bring strategic web initiatives to life—ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact.
- Champion the use of Contentstack’s product suite to build scalable, modular experiences that are easy to maintain and evolve.
- Drive innovation through deep understanding of digital trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape—constantly identifying opportunities to elevate our digital presence.
- Collaborate on web architecture decisions, content frameworks, and UX/UI strategies that improve user journeys and performance.
- Analyze web data and behavioral insights to prioritize enhancements and inform future improvements.
- Advocate for digital best practices including accessibility, performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
What Really Gets us Excited About You?
- 8+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of experience leading digital product or website strategy, ideally in a B2B SaaS or modern tech environment.
- A strong eye for user experience and design, with a deep understanding of what makes digital experiences intuitive, delightful, and effective.
- Hands-on experience working with modern CMS platforms; specifically with headless or composable systems.
- Adept at translating abstract goals into digital outcomes through collaborative cross-functional work.
- Analytical and curious—able to identify trends in data and translate them into opportunities for improvement.
- Passion for creating modern, high-performing web experiences that reflect brand excellence and drive measurable impact.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared digital vision.
- Some travel is required

Salary for this role ranges between $130,000 and $150,000 base on skill set and experience.
