The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Studio Team Lead to join our marketing team and lead our internal creative studio. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a creative team of designers and copywriters delivering world-class creative assets that power everything from product launches to brand campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- be a hands-on creative: define visual direction, give clear feedback, and elevate execution when needed
- Craft and execute creative campaigns: From concept to launch, help tell compelling stories across all touchpoints (website, ads, social, video, landing pages, presentations, events).
- Elevate the brand: Ensure all creative work meets the highest visual and strategic standards, while maintaining consistency with our evolving brand identity.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, HR, sales, and other teams to bring initiatives to life.
- Integrate AI and tools: Use cutting-edge tools and AI to streamline production and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Grow the team: Hire, mentor, and inspire a creative team that can scale with the company’s needs.
Who You Are?
- A visionary creative lead with a proven track record of 8+ years leading multi-disciplinary creative teams, ideally in SaaS, tech, or branding agencies.
- A hands-on design leader not just managing, but also diving in when needed to guide visual direction and make things better.
- A natural mentor and team builder you’ve grown designers, built studios, and know how to create a team dynamic where magic happens.
- A storyteller at heart you understand how creativity serves strategy, how to turn insights into ideas, and how to make B2B feel human.
- You speak "brand" fluently but also know how to partner closely with product marketing, growth, HR and other teams.
