Job Title: Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to solving complex, large-scale challenges that directly impact our customers. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-tenant Revenue SaaS Platform using .NET Core and C#. You will be part of the Platform team, a tightly integrated group responsible for building and scaling platform services of our Revenue Lifecycle Management cloud. We architect, build, operate, and support the internal systems and services that power our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration across the organization.

This is a core development role focused on building enterprise-grade software systems and solving complex engineering problems using proven design principles. This role plays a pivotal role in building a highly scalable, cloud-agnostic Revenue Cloud Platform, driving end-to-end design and development for mission-critical applications and services. The ideal candidate will also bring strong database engineering skills, ensuring our systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability with a strong focus on data architecture, microservice development, security, maintainability, and reliability. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will have to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UX to deliver end-to-end solutions. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Technical Expertise. You’re likely to have 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET Core and C#.
Hands-on Cloud Platform Skills. You should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or both
Strong understanding of software best practices. You should have strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software architecture patterns with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Strong Data skills. You should have strong hands-on experience in both SQL and NoSQL Databases including writing optimized and efficient SQL queries, performing query performance tuning and indexing, analyzing and interpreting query execution plans, designing scalable and normalized schemas.
Understanding of Unit testing frameworks. You should have experience working with different unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and TDD methodologies.
Microservices. You should have experience building back-end microservices from the ground up, should be very comfortable working with containers/Kubernetes.
Great Problem-Solving Skills You should be self-driven, proactive and enjoy solving complex problems not just in the primary area of responsibility but across boundaries.
Strong Communication skills. You should have strong communication skills with ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate professionalism interacting with both internal and external audiences. Additionally, you should be very comfortable working in an agile environment
Education. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferable in Computer science

Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
Agile Methodology. You should be able to perform in an extremely dynamic environment with an Agile development approach. You should have the ability to convert a small business problem statement into a product deliverable with minimal supervision.
