As Associate Principal Software Engineer, TS, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing solutions on Conga products based on enterprise customer requirements.

Are you the person we are looking for?

Related Experience. You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing and implementing software products and services for enterprise customers; building and designing simple, secure, and universal, high-quality applications and REST APIs using OOPS principles; designing and troubleshooting enterprise applications and developing tools to optimize existing implementations for enterprise clients; resolving production issues, reviewing customized code and configuration, and debugging custom code; reading Salesforce logs to troubleshoot the issue and to find root cause to provide resolution; replicating behavior in local environment to check feasibility to achieve use cases with “out of the box” functionality; gathering requirements from customers and refining functional and technical specifications; and in executing duties, utilizing Java, Angular, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Spring MVC, SFDC, Salesforce Apex, Lightning component, jQuery, Ajax, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Node.js, Atlassian, Confluence, MSSQL, GIT, SourceTree, Swagger, Developer Console, and Debug

Education. Must hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.

Compensation:

In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Salary Range: $165,000.00 - $245,908.00/year
