As the Head of Engineering, India, you’ll lead strategic direction and execution of COE AI initiatives across the organization with focus in Quality Engineering. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team that will continue to drive AI innovations across the Quality Engineering Teams. You’ll work to translate opportunities for innovation into actionable roadmaps, lead design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy in Quality Engineering/ Quality Assurance to drive Conga’s vision, objectives, and growth. Are you the person we’re looking for?
Quality Engineering (QE/QA) with AI Adoption. You will own the Quality department and drive end-to-end quality guardrails for the complete product portfolio. You have experience in transforming QE teams through AI and automation led improvements strategies. You strongly believe in driving accountability for quality across engineering and building partnerships across global engineering teams on quality priorities. You will establish scalable quality frameworks, modernize test strategy, and embed AI-enabled quality signals across the software development lifecycle. You will also champion responsible AI adoption within QE by defining governance, success metrics, and operating rhythms that ensure AI-driven automation improves engineering velocity without compromising reliability, compliance, or speed.
Strategy design and execution. You’ve defined, managed, and optimized a comprehensive AI strategy, leading to development and deployment of AI solutions In Quality Engineering. You ensure the team is focused on the right priorities while optimizing resources and leveraging broader organizational capabilities.
Innovative Thinking. AI and technology are constantly changing, along with the best practices and compliance. You stay up to date on AI industry trends and technology (compliance, governance, ethical AI, data privacy, etc.) allowing you to identify creative solutions to unique customer needs and drive product value.
Building and inspiring talent. You’re able to identify changing talent needs while constantly recruiting and retaining the best talent. You’re an effective coach, mentor, and ally, empowering others to drive the continuous growth and development of a global team. You’re engaging and influence others to drive your mission, vision, values, and strategies. You’re a role model and exemplify the Conga Way.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You don’t just engage in collaborative discussions; you initiate them regularly. You are clear and concise when you speak and write -- and even creative in terms of ensuring your messages are received and understood. You leave no room for assumptions or misunderstanding.
Industry expertise. 15+ years of experience as an Engineering Leader would be ideal, with a total of 20+ years of experience in Software industry. Let’s face it, understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) platform would allow you to hit the ground running. Must have an excellent experience of SaaS landscape and Product Development.
