Conga is looking for an experienced Sr. Enablement Manager, Solution Delivery, who is passionate about customer outcomes, colleague growth and development and operational excellence to accelerate the impact of our Professional Services and Implementation Partner networks. As part of Conga’s Product Enablement team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling training programs that help our implementation ecosystem effectively ramp up to deliver positive customer outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong program management skills, deep understanding of SaaS implementation processes, facilitation expertise, and the ability to create and deliver high-quality training content. You’ll use existing and new content to define success plans for Conga PS team members and partners, then measure effectiveness of training results. You will work closely with Professional Services, Partners, technical teams, and SMEs to identify needs, build curriculum, and drive measurable impact. This role will champion Conga implementation best practices for all products and embed these into every training initiative.

Program Development & Execution

Partner with Professional Services and Partner leadership to build and define enablement strategy aligned to near-term and long-term business outcomes

Manage the full lifecycle of training programs - from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery and evaluation. Use performance data and learner feedback to refine experiences and improve outcomes over time

Maintain alignment with product launch activities, building self-paced and facilitated training programs to support new and evolving Conga products during early adopter and general availability launch stages

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization including redesign and development of new enablement process and policies

Build and execute a communication cadence, ensuring all implementation cohorts, internal and external, are updated on new and changing enablement opportunities

Content Creation and Management

Design and build best-in-class role-based onboarding and ever-boarding programs that accelerate PS team member impact on the business

Develop and maintain high-impact training catalogs inclusive of soft-skill training, playbooks, toolkits and learning plans tailored to different implementation / project roles

Be a key input creating and defining an enablement roadmap to support our high performing implementer community

Stakeholder Engagement

Be the voice of the field. Establish relationships with key cross-functional teams to retain a pulse of the field’s needs while leverage needs analysis best practices.

Embed and enable a culture of curiosity helping customers achieve positive business outcomes in their projects

Act as a trusted advisor to PS and Partner leadership, providing insight and recommendations to improve delivery performance

Facilitate feedback loops between delivery teams and other departments to ensure enablement efforts are aligned with evolving customer needs

Performance Measurement & Optimization

Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs (e.g., time to productivity, CSAT, retention) (Level 3 Kirkpatrick)

Define KPIs to measure the impact of enablement on team engagement (e.g., employee satisfaction, retention)

Partner with Operations and Business Intelligence teams to gather quantitative and qualitative data

Analyze data to identify gaps and continuously improve program outcome
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Here’s what will give you an edge…

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SaaS enablement roles in Professional Services, Product Enablement, Program Management
-
Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful enablement programs, confident in owning a dynamic charter
-
Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, Professional Service project processes and metrics, and change management
-
Track record of leading complex enablement programs and cross functional initiatives, which have direct revenue impact for the business
-
Knowledge of Salesforce, Learning Management Systems (Docebo), E-Learning content development software (Articulate), video editing tools, and CPQ/CLM domain knowledge
-
Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
-
Excels by working in a fast-paced environment, able to lead teams and projects
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends, ability to bring innovative solutions to curriculum design
