About The Position

We are looking for a Junior Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help us reach the next level of strategic development and growth. The Professional Services team is responsible for implementing and integrating our solutions into our customer's environments and information management landscape.

This role will be helping customers to innovate, integrate systems, automate processes, and achieve efficiencies and improvements. This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design to "hands-on" work with product setup, migrations, upgrades, training, and documentation.

This role will also be assisting with demonstrations and proposals. The position will naturally involve maintaining and improving knowledge of the Comply365 product suite, and adjacent technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with gathering and analysing requirements, research and present solutions to customers, and make suitable recommendations.
  • Assist with system setup and configuration of Comply365 solution implementation projects.
  • Develop, maintain and conduct training on Comply365 solutions both internally and as part of implementation projects.
  • Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and improvements.
  • Participate in product management activities providing input to solution design.
  • Travel to customer sites and working on site where necessary.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with sector domain experience in aviation, railway and/or defence will be considered as an advantage.
  • Familiarity with operational content management and/or safety management will be considered as an advantage.
  • Familiarity with stylesheet configuration, CSS, HTML, XSL, XSLT, JSON.
  • Powerful analytical skills and ability to communicate a problem using data.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Familiarity with data analytics concepts.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritisation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
  • Team player and strong collaboration skills.
  • Self-starting, strongly ambitious and tenacious.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability and desire to travel internationally.

A few nice to haves:

  • Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
  • Experience with other programming languages.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Command of other languages.
