Job Overview: Responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues reported by CQ customers; possesses specialized knowledge of Salesforce. Duties include supporting customers/internal teams, troubleshooting and guiding customers through resolution, providing timely feedback, maintaining technical documentation, identifying/resolving technical and functional issues, supporting rollouts, ensuring issues are logged, prioritizing multiple cases, preparing reports, and testing new technologies. Experience may be considered in lieu of education; 2+ years in application/technical support.
