Responsibilities: Manage resolution of application/system issues reported by customers using CQ applications. Provide application support, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, guide customers through resolution steps, provide timely feedback, follow up to closure, maintain/update technical docs, identify/resolve technical/functional issues, support new application rollouts, log issues, prioritize/manage multiple cases, prepare reports, test/evaluate new technologies. Experience: 2+ years in application/technical support (Salesforce apps/tech or similar). Salesforce Admin certification a plus.
