Command Zero is seeking an experienced back-end developer to help design, build, and maintain our Go-based back end. An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of (recent) experience in building production code in Go.

What you'll do:

- Develop and maintain server-side code using Go.

- Collaborate with operations, QA, UI, and a research team to assess functionality.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from brainstorming to launch.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a smooth user experience.

- Work independently and proactively, taking ownership of your work.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in back-end development in a distributed system.

- Proficiency in Go.

- Proficiency in SQL.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with messaging systems

- Experience with API design.

- Experience with authorization and authentication.

- Experience with NATS.

- Experience with Nix.
