As a Senior Integration Support Specialist, you’ll lead enterprise merchant integrations across global markets, acting as the technical expert on payment APIs. You’ll manage cross-functional projects, mentor junior team members, and drive scalable solutions with a strong focus on system integration and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Technical Lead for Complex Integrations - Manage technical relationships with high-value or multi-region merchants, acting as the primary point of contact for complex Payin and Payout integration.
- Solution Design & Implementation - Design and deliver solutions for complex, non-standard use cases (e.g., multi-currency, custom routing), ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient integration implementations.
- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis - Lead technical deep-dives, resolve critical issues to prevent recurring integration problems.
- Merchant Success & Escalation Support - Monitor integration performance, conduct technical business reviews, and serve as the escalation point for major technical blockers. Translate merchant feedback into actionable improvement proposals.
- Process Optimization - Maintain scenario runbooks, templates, and propose automation to streamline integrations and reduce errors.
- Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing - Mentor junior team members, lead internal workshops, and document edge cases to strengthen team capabilities.
- Hiring & Onboarding Support - Collaborate with recruitment and coordinate onboarding processes, helping to build a technically strong and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, solution engineering, integration, or similar fields
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP concepts, and system debugging (Postman, Kibana, SQL)
- Experience supporting payment systems or fintech merchants is highly preferred
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Native in Mandarin and fluent in English
- Enjoys working in a multicultural, cross-regional environment.
