As a People Data & Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of our people data, managing reporting processes, and supporting projects that enhance our HR systems. You will work closely with the SVP People to align our tools and systems with our strategic objectives, ensuring that our HR operations are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our company values.

• Systems Alignment: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to help align people tools and systems with organizational needs.
• Reporting & Analytics: Support the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks to provide insights into key HR metrics. Assist in delivering actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Project Support: Contribute to HR systems projects by assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure tasks are completed on time and align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance people operations.

• Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience in People Data. Are you a Data Analyst or HR Generalist with relevant experience? No problem!
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Personio experience is a big plus) and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and understanding of business needs
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
