Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary HR team across People Operations and Business Partnering
- Foster a culture of ownership, development, collaboration, and psychological safety
- Translate strategic goals into actionable priorities for your teams
People Operations Excellence
- Drive operational excellence and scalability in all core HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding
- Build efficient and user-friendly workflows with a service mindset toward our employees and leaders
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and simplification
Strategic Business Partnering
- Establish and expand the HR Business Partnering function with a focus on leadership enablement
- Act as a sparring partner to key stakeholders, supporting leadership, team effectiveness, and change initiatives
- Create structures that allow HRBPs to proactively address organizational needs and build trust-based relationships
HRIS & Technology Integration
- Further develop our HRIS Personio into a streamlined, reliable, and widely adopted system
- Ensure smooth interfaces with Recruiting, Payroll, and Business Partnering for end-to-end HR processes
- Drive system enhancements in close collaboration with IT, Legal, and Finance
People Analytics & Insights
- Provide leaders with relevant people data and actionable insights, supporting better decision-making
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance across all people-related systems
- Promote the use of people data without losing sight of the human perspective
Compliance & Process Governance
- Balance compliance and pragmatism by defining scalable, transparent, and adaptable HR policies
- Ensure HR practices align with legal standards and local/international regulations
- Build documentation and frameworks that support consistency and knowledge sharing
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a change agent for organizational development, supporting international alignment (e.g. US, UK, APAC)
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting, L&D, Legal, and Finance to enable a seamless employee experience
- Drive initiatives that support leadership growth, feedback culture, and organizational clarity
