We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager to lead Choco’s global events calendar and campaigns during a key team member’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll be central to building our brand presence and deepening trust in key markets worldwide. You’ll bring a strong foundation in stakeholder management, operations, and creative collaboration.
This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, keeps projects moving with precision, and enjoys making marketing more effective and more fun to deliver.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute our global event and partner strategy across the US, UK, and EMEA, including tradeshows, booths, partner activations, and field events.
Own end-to-end event execution, from merchandise, print collateral, and booth creative concepts to detailed calendar planning with regional teams.
Oversee external vendors and partners, including agencies, venues, and design teams, to ensure seamless and high-quality execution under pressure.
Manage executive visibility at events, securing speaking slots and panels, preparing slide decks, and partnering with senior leaders (including the CEO) to deliver impactful presentations.
Track and optimize performance, measuring lead generation, ROI, and attendee feedback.
Brief, QA, and launch creative assets with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
Own campaign operations in HubSpot, including emails, forms, lists, and reporting.
Manage and update CMS content, such as event pages and campaign hubs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Design, MarTech, and RevOps.
Leverage AI tools to streamline execution and scale workflows.
What You Bring
4–6+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with experience in both events and digital campaigns
Proven ability to juggle timelines, logistics, and multiple stakeholders with calm and focus
Experience working in fast-paced teams where flexibility, communication, and self-direction are key
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Craft/WordPress, Canva, or Figma
A curious, hands-on approach to learning — especially when it comes to tech and automation
Clear communicator who values alignment and brings structure to collaboration
Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT to make workflows smarter, not harder
A natural organizer who finds satisfaction in seeing things through from start to finish
Want to shape how marketing actually works — not just execute what’s handed to you?
