What you will do:

  • Take ownership of closing commercial deals with our distributor partners, from the first touchpoint to the signed contract.

  • Go out in the field and negotiate with both CEOs of multi-million companies and family run businesses that have 0 experience with technology.

  • Craft and nurture connections with prospective customers via cold outreach, referrals and forming partnerships with ERP systems & distributor associations. You will demo our solutions in-person & online and so create importance and urgency in the very first meetings

  • Your role goes beyond hitting targets; it’s about making a tangible impact in the industry, driving innovation and setting new benchmarks for success.

  • You will be working with cutting-edge technology like AI solutions, educating key decision makers at suppliers and presenting the value these technologies can provide to their business.

  • Create long-lasting relationships with distributors that will last the tests of time. You will create win-win scenarios. Your ability to close deals will create valuable partnerships that stand the test of time.

  • Think outside the box and present new ideas, processes, and opportunities that exceed customer expectations and make for a best-in-class experience.

The ideal candidate:

  • English (C1 and higher) is mandatory.

  • 4+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally dealing with a more complex sales cycle (+30k ACV, +2 month sales cycle).

  • Strong track record of over achieving quota and landing Tier 1 logos.

  • Capable of influencing deal share best practices and scaling negotiation tactics.

  • Ability to support teammates in reaching quotas proactively.

  • Internal collaboration with SDR, rev ops, manager and team for pipeline management and deal progression.

  • Owns all parts of the sales process, primarily focused on working closely with complex deals.

  • Humble and team first.

  • Bonus: MEDDICC Trained or similar methodologies.
