Job Description
Checkout.com is actively looking for a proactive and driven Associate , Deal Management to assist with our rapid expansion.
Working alongside our Commercial team, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the complete sales journey, collaborate with various teams and gain solid expertise in our industry.

Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal to ensure the quick and efficient sign up of new merchants
- Identifying merchant needs and forging strong relationships
- Providing a first‑class level of service to merchants throughout their onboarding journey with Checkout
- Sharing best practices, key business insights, and industry trends
- Providing data and guides to help the Sales Team and to ensure required documents are properly constructed
- Managing sales tracking tools and providing reports
- Ensuring data on Salesforce is correct and up to date
- Connecting and collaborating with various teams at Checkout.com to ensure process improvements and timely resolutions
- Maintaining a flexible and proactive work environment to manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
Qualifications
About You:
- Fluency in English & Mandarin
- 1-4 years experience in finance, payments or tech role
- A desire to grow and improve your existing skill set
- A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills
- Tech‑savvy, with a real passion for Technology
- Quick learner to grasp Checkout.com’s product and value proposition
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi‑task
- Aptitude to shift tasks and priorities as and when the circumstances change
- Confident communicator
- Previous experience with Salesforce will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Hybrid Working Model:
All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We’ve worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally.
