Technical Writing Intern

We are looking for a driven intern who has a passion for technical writing and operations. This position provides the opportunity to learn and gain first-hand experience writing technical documents for our software and product suite, as well as helping our Product Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit training content, including release notes, user guides, and knowledge base articles for different products.
- Work with subject matter experts to learn and demonstrate an understanding of our products.
- Provide assistance for release communications and collecting metrics.
- Keep track of documentation throughout the entire process and adhere to timelines, standards, styles, and methods.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English or technical writing
- Passion for critical thinking and writing explanatory or instructional content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross departmentally with a variety of teams, including Product Owners and Developers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
