Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry that helps global leading organizations avoid expensive mis-hires, and make confident, fast and objective hiring decisions by automatically evaluating both technical and soft skills using job-simulation tests - the best predictor of future job performance.
As part of our commitment to client success, and as we love innovation, we thought we'd create a new title of Talent Acquisition Success Manager, and even hire someone to fill it! We are looking for an individual with a unique background of both recruitment and client relationships, with a strong passion for making the world a better place for both recruiters and candidates!
Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients; recruiters, talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers. Work closely with them to understand their unique hiring challenges to provide personalized recommendations and strategic solutions to meet their hiring goals.
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement: Lead onboarding and demo sessions tailored to TA and and hiring managers, guiding them through platform setup, customization, ATS integration and best practices to ensure a positive experience for them and for their candidates.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders by scheduling regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction. Negotiate renewals and grow customer retention, demonstrating the ROI of our platform.
- Domain Expertise: Act as a thought leader in the TA space by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Proactively share valuable insights with clients through various channels, including social media, webinars, live events, newsletters, etc.
What We'd Like You To Have

Unique Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, complimented with a solid background in client relationship management within a B2B SaaS environment.

People Person with Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.

Growth-Oriented Approach: Ability to negotiate renewals and proactively identifying opportunities for account expansion. Able to drive growth by understanding client needs and aligning them with value-added solutions.

Languages: Proficiency in Hebrew and English at a native level.
