Looking for an experienced Enterprise AE to grow Camunda across the Nordics region in our focus industries of BSFI, Telco, Public Sector, Manufacturing

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving ARR growth from a combination of New business and Expansion of existing customers by executing complex sales cycles through the following steps: Business value qualification, technical discovery and presentations, commercial and legal negotiations
  • Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership via in person on-site customer meetings
  • Collaboration with Camunda’s GTM Account Team, including Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to lead effective sales processes from start to finish
  • Build new pipeline (approx 3x coverage) via targeted outbound campaigns leveraging all demand generation channels, including Business Development, Marketing, Event and Partners

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 5+ years of quota attainment as an Enterprise Account Executive at a software (Saas) sales organisation
  • 3+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise size companies (10k+ employees) based in the Nordics
  • Proven track record of selling €1M+ mutli-year contracts. Examples should be provided.
  • Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
  • Regional industry knowledge for key sectors such as BFSI, Telco, Public Sector, Manufacturing
  • Proven track record of building new pipeline generation via outbound campaigns
  • Ability to lead high performing Account Teams, creating Account Plans and driving the strategy and execution of team members
  • Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $223,300.00 to $335,000.00
  • Germany: €148,500.00 to €222,800.00
  • United Kingdom: £144,700.00 to £217,100.00
  • Singapore: S$277,400.00 to S$416,100.00
