Senior Manager, FP&A (Interim)

We are seeking an Interim Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, to help us grow the Corporate & G&A FP&A functions at Camunda. You'll be part of a global team of Finance reporting directly to FP&A. This interim role is a parental leave coverage up to 12 months.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and Financial Analysis: Lead financial processes and policies with minimal guidance (Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Month-end close/forecast, consolidation, Board reportings/financials.
- Business Partnership: Influence outcomes in cross-functional settings often. Own relationships with partners while providing advice and guidance.
- Data Analysis: Translate analysis into clear data-driven storylines and actionable insights/proposals.
- Management: Solid management skills and techniques, especially around people, prioritization, and running large complex projects.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 7+ years, primarily in FP&A. Consulting or banking experience welcome if paired with strong FP&A depth.
- Advanced understanding of FP&A technology systems, including NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other FP&A-related software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Passion for great software products and willingness to use/try our product yourself.
- An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, applying working in iterations in day-to-day activities (many small steps, rather than a few big steps).
- Skillset to work in a remote, highly transparent environment.

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $160,500.00 to $240,800.00
- Germany: €106,800.00 to €160,100.00
- United Kingdom: £104,100.00 to £156,100.00
- Singapore: S$199,400.00 to S$299,100.00
