We are seeking a data-savvy People Analytics Specialist to elevate our understanding of workforce dynamics and empower data-driven strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Experience, and together with the People Technology team, this individual will develop and maintain people analytics systems, tools, and processes that support strategic decision-making across the People function and broader business. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that improve the experience and effectiveness of Camundi around the globe.

What you'll be doing:

Drive strategic workforce insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across People Business Partners, Learning & Development, People Operations and Total Rewards to translate people data into strategic recommendations that guide key organizational decisions
  • Build and maintain scalable analytics solutions that provide visibility into organizational health
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and experiences through predictive and prescriptive analytics

Lead people metrics and reporting systems

  • Design and maintain core metrics used across the company to monitor the health of our workforce and effectiveness of people programs
  • Ensure reliable, organized, and automated collection of people-related data, with a strong focus on accuracy and usability
  • Monitor and analyze trends in engagement, attrition, performance, and other workforce indicators

Deliver compelling data visualizations, insights and leader enablement

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that make complex data accessible and actionable
  • Use tools such as Metabase to deliver insights that drive action at all levels of the business
  • Partner with the People Business Partner, People Technology and Learning & Development teams to drive understanding of people data for business leaders across the company

Run employee engagement strategy

  • Design surveys and experiments to collect reliable data on Camunda’s employee experience and people processes
  • Conduct research and apply statistical methods to answer key organizational questions, such as drivers of engagement, attrition, and performance
  • Apply rigorous methods to validate findings and minimize bias, ensuring robust and ethical analytics practices

Manage people data and ensure compliance

  • Partner with People Technology and IT teams to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across multiple systems and sources
  • Manage large datasets, including cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes
  • Lead and support internal and external audits related to people data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • 2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data, or similar field
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience applying them to people-related challenges
  • Experience enabling business leaders to successfully understand and take action on people data
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational or non-relational databases

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working in a high-growth, global, and/or remote-first environment
  • Proven ability to deliver analytics solutions that drive real-world impact
  • Familiarity with survey design, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • Strong communicator, with an ability to tell compelling stories through data and present insights to a variety of audiences
  • Curious and proactive problem-solver with a passion for improving the employee experience through data
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Committed to ethical data practices and continuous learning in the evolving field of people analytics
  • Experience with Insight tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • 4+ years of experience in a People Team

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $94,400.00 to $141,600.00
  • Germany: €62,800.00 to €94,200.00
  • United Kingdom: £61,200.00 to £91,800.00
  • Singapore: S$117,300.00 to S$175,900.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
