We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in leading complex defense programs that combine hardware, software, ground autonomy, field operations, budget ownership, engineering synchronization, and customer management. This position sits at the heart of our technological and operational activities, supporting cutting-edge development and production projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring proven defense-domain experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary programs end-to-end, synchronizing engineering execution, product maturity, customer expectations, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery commitments across a hardware-software autonomous vehicle environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ground autonomous vehicles programs, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, deliveries, and customer commitments.
  • Own the integrated program plan across hardware, software, autonomy, testing, field operations, suppliers, and delivery activities.
  • Synchronize development work plan across product, hardware, software, QA, testing, field operations, and support teams to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Manage the customer interface throughout the program lifecycle, including expectations, milestones, status updates, risks, decisions, and delivery alignment.
  • Monitor budget planning and execution, resource allocation, program Expenses while escalating gaps and trade-offs to management.
  • Identify and manage critical paths, technical and operational dependencies, bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation plans across all program workstreams.
  • Support cross-functional processes such as production readiness, supply chain alignment, configuration control, quality, field deployment, and sustainment - without directly owning these functions.
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to field demonstration, customer acceptance, delivery, and follow-on production readiness.

Requirements

Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8-10 years of program management experience in complex multidisciplinary environments; defense program experience or similar relevant background is mandatory.
  • Strong defense background and familiarity with defense customers, operational environments, field demonstrations, acceptance processes, and delivery discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage programs that combine hardware, software / Autonomy, robotics, vehicles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of program budget, schedule, risk management, resource planning, delivery commitments, and customer-facing status management.
  • Ability to synchronize engineering activity across multiple technical teams and translate technical dependencies into clear program plans and decisions.
  • Excellent customer-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, project dashboards, planning tools, and executive reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, structured communication, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
