Bitrise seeks a Senior Product Designer to join our highly collaborative design team and help shape the innovative user experience for Bitrise, the leading mobile DevOps platform.

You will join the new product team building AI-driven collaboration features that augment developer workflows and increase team productivity. You will be part of a fast-paced product development, striving to fulfill our comprehensive platform vision. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, ideating on ways to enhance user experiences with your discovery team peers and assisting developers in efficiently implementing these ideas. You will have opportunities to tackle challenging technical issues and gain a deeper understanding of complex problems by discussing them with experts.

This is a remote position where most in-person events take place in Hungary.

The salary for the role is 1,250,000 - 1,700,000 HUF gross monthly.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points and craft seamless solutions for our mobile DevOps platform.
• Lead design for AI-driven features: frame problems, explore interaction patterns for suggestions, explanations, and feedback loops.
• Design intuitive user experiences using Figma, ensuring alignment with our design system.
• Refine design solutions based on user feedback and insights from data.
• Validate your ideas through interviews and usability tests with internal experts and end-users.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate model capabilities and limitations into clear UX patterns (confidence indicators, provenance, explainability).
• Communicate your design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and high quality across the product.
• Stay current with design and technology trends to keep our product at the forefront of innovation.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, especially with complex, enterprise-level software. Experience designing developer tooling, observability, or collaboration platforms is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Proven experience designing flows that involve automated suggestions, notifications, or decision-support systems (e.g., recommendations, auto-complete, bots, assistant UIs).
• Demonstrable experience with user research methods: interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and synthesizing results into clear design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma, including the use of design systems and collaboration features.
• Strong prototyping skills (Figma + interactive prototyping tools) to validate human-AI interactions and micro-interactions.
• Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
• The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and analyzing findings to inform design decisions.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with engineers, designers, business analysts, and company leaders.
• A growth mindset and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and understanding of UX principles.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

What would knock our socks off:

• Experience designing for AI or ML products (search, recommendation systems, chatbots, code assistants, etc.).
• Familiarity with developer workflows and tools: code review platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and common developer mental models.
• Understanding model behavior concepts: confidence scores, hallucination, data provenance, fine-tuning vs. prompt engineering, and how these should be surfaced in UX.
• Extended front-end knowledge
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment shipping experimental AI features to production.
