The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for our Tel Aviv R&D center. This is a high-impact, autonomous role responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, product, and technical leadership roles.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about sourcing, thrives in competitive talent markets, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with candidates long before they are actively looking.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for all R&D roles in Tel Aviv, including Software Engineers, Infrastructure, Data, Product, and Engineering Leadership
Act as the primary talent partner to local R&D leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategy, market insights, and talent availability
Proactively source exceptional technical talent using creative and data-driven approaches (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, communities, events, and direct outreach)
Build and maintain long-term pipelines of high-quality passive candidates
Craft compelling outreach and storytelling that reflects BigPanda’s mission, culture, and technical challenges
Drive an outstanding candidate experience from first touch through offer and close
Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and sourcing strategies
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve funnel quality, speed, and diversity

What We’re Looking For

5–8+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing in competitive engineering markets
Proven success hiring engineers and technical roles in Israel, ideally within high-growth SaaS or product-driven companies
Demonstrated passion for sourcing, including creative approaches to identifying and engaging passive candidates
Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering roles
Experience owning roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
