Responsibilities will include …

Functional Expertise

 Identify and monitor key operational drivers and analyze how they correlate with overall financial health

 Provide senior management with data-driven insights into each business segment or new products

 Build and maintain financial models to project performance, analyze trends, and simulate scenarios

 Collaborate with business heads to drive financial accountability and guide decision-making

 Develop, own, analyze, report the Annual Business Plan, financial budgets, and periodic forecasts working with Business and analytics

 Establish and control the budget, drive financial discipline in the company and ensure adherence to budget

 Ensuring margin at targeted levels, keeping tight control on costs and spends

 Budget revenues, Gross Margin and Profitability of different teams, highlighting variances

Qualification & Experience

(type & industry)

 Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a reputed institution with relevant work experience.

 6+ Years of experience in business finance, preferably in startups and unorganized sectors.

Skills & know-how

 Proficient understanding of business scenarios.

 Advanced Proficiency in MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel

 Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and querying databases

 Demonstrate strong problem- solving skills.

 Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships across difference functions and organization levels.

 Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills.
