In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver…

Functional Expertise

● Monitor and interpret labor laws to ensure all company policies stay 100% compliant with current regulations, preventing legal disputes before they happen.

● Lead regular internal audits of payroll, employee records, and hiring practices to catch errors early and ensure the business is "audit-ready" at all times.

● Standardize HR documentation and handbooks by translating complex legal requirements into simple, actionable procedures that managers and employees can easily follow.

● Oversee sensitive workplace investigations into grievances or misconduct, ensuring every case is handled with total fairness, documented properly, and resolved legally.

● Manage all statutory filings and licensing to ensure the organization meets every government deadline for reports, taxes, and mandatory workplace disclosures.

● Act as the primary liaison with government authorities, labor departments, and legal counsel to represent the company during inspections, handle notices, and resolve regulatory inquiries.

● Secure employee data privacy by enforcing strict controls on how personal information is stored and shared, keeping the company safe from data breaches and privacy fines

● Oversee and manage payroll processes, including processing employee payouts, managing payroll taxes, and preparing payroll reports.

● Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve HR processes and employee experience.

● Solution-Oriented: Proven track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions to resolve complex HR operational challenges.

● Adaptability: Capability to adapt to changing priorities, new challenges, and unexpected situations in a proactive and resourceful manner.

● Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Interaction

● Build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure qualitative and timely closure of respective chores.

● Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and affective HR procedure and policies.

● Collaborate with the larger HR team to implement candidate engagement and onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Skills & know how

● 12+ years of working knowledge in HR Compliances

● Good experience and strong understanding of HR processes.

● You should be able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

● Excellent know how of Microsoft Office and database systems

● Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.

● You should have exposure of working with senior Leadership team.
