We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of project planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle — from early development and engineering integration through operational readiness and full-scale manufacturing.

This is a critical, cross-functional role where you will drive clarity, structure, and accountability across departments including Product, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

What You'll Do?

  • Lead structured project planning, scheduling, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation.
  • Align from Product concept to full- scale manufacturing.
  • Ensure execution clarity through dashboards, milestone tracking, and structured reporting.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional buttle necks - technical, logistical, or organizational.
  • Lead structured phase-gate development with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Drive the implementation of scalable planning and resource management tools, in collaboration with development and operations teams.
  • Ensure production ramp meets quality, delivery, and go-to-market KPIs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply chain, QA, and Support services to meet execution targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional product development and operational execution in an R&D, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply chain, QA, and Support service
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced startups or growth-stage companies.
  • Experience managing physical product delivery from R&D to mass production.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain interfaces, and product lifecycle.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Natural ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly across teams.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.

Advantages

  • Experience with robotics, ag-tech, or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Background in NPI or operational program management.
