Inside Sales Manager – Strategic Segment Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – In-office Tuesday–Thursday)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and data-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our Strategic ISR team. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll manage a team of motivated ISRs focused on generating qualified pipeline, supporting and driving deal cycles, and accelerating revenue growth across our top strategic accounts.

You will play a key role in hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement. Position Responsibilities:

  • Coach & Lead a Team of ISRs: Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Strategic ISRs responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline in Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts
  • Pipeline Ownership: Drive consistent pipeline creation aligned to strategic territory goals. Analyze Salesforce and Salesloft data to identify gaps, trends, and coaching opportunities
  • Deal Acceleration Support: Partner with Account Executives to provide research, qualification, discovery, and multi-threading support on complex opportunities
  • Performance Management: Set and track team KPIs including SQL creation, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and sales velocity. Run weekly forecast, coaching, and pipeline review sessions
  • Process & Program Execution: Work closely with Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to execute campaigns, refine lead routing, improve cadences, and ensure CRM data hygiene
  • Culture Building: Create a culture of accountability, experimentation, curiosity, and high performance focusing on developing future enterprise sellers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading Inside Sales, ISR, or BDR teams in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • 2+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in a quota-carrying sales or business development role
  • Proven ability to coach early-career talent and build them into pipeline-generating machines
  • Experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and using Salesforce, Salesloft (or Outreach), Apollo (or ZoomInfo), and LinkedIn Navigator to guide performance
  • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and decision-making instincts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed, high-growth startup environment
  • Passion for sales, people development, and driving operational excellence
  • Experience supporting a Strategic or Enterprise segment
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity markets
  • Experience with high-velocity sales and account-based strategies
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The Dallas OTE compensation range for this full-time position is $168,470 - $198,200 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
