You are an experienced and people-centric HR Generalist to join our People team in Israel. You’ll be a key partner to employees, managers and local leadership, supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll help drive critical People programs, ensure smooth operations, and continuously improve the employee experience in a dynamic environment. You'll also play a hands-on role in local recruiting efforts, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent. The role is hybrid - 3 times at our offices in Haifa
Day In Your Life
Support the Employee Lifecycle
- Work closely with the local leadership in Israel (CTO,VP Product, VP R&D, VP Delivery Operation)
- Partner with the Site Lead to ensure a comprehensive, site-wide perspective on all local Israel site perspectives and needs
- Oversee the onboarding processes to ensure a best-in-class experience for new hires
- Support career growth, development conversations, and performance enablement practices
- Partner with managers on compensation reviews and benefits programs
- Lead offboarding and terminations with empathy and compliance
- Provide guidance on role clarity, job architecture, and career progression
- Support internal mobility and team transitions
- Assist with planning team-building events, offsites, and employee engagement activities
- Overseeing and managing the office management function
Be a Trusted Partner to Managers
- Be a thoughtful partner and adviser to managers on people topics such as communication, engagement, recognition, and feedback and overall coaching
- Help managers build strong, cohesive teams by supporting organizational design and change management
Drive Local Recruiting Efforts
- Own and support end-to-end recruitment for roles based in Israel, partnering closely with hiring managers
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain data accuracy in our ATS and track key hiring metrics
- Help build and maintain a strong local employer brand
Own Core People Operations
- Ensure data accuracy and process integrity in our HRIS
- Advise and lead employment compliance in Israel with local laws and internal policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and key stakeholders on employment agreements, policies, and other employee-related matters
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Partner, ideally in a high-growth tech/startup environment
- Hands-on experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and Israeli labor laws
- Proven ability to advise and support employees and managers across a range of HR topics
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills — people trust you
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and will to work in a global environment and be a part of a global team
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
